Failure by MH Ventures Ltd. to enforce any of its rights at any stages does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

6. MH Ventures Ltd. has 60 days to assess refund claims from the complete submission of all related evidence.

7. If a claim is approved, MH Ventures Ltd. will make process payment within 30 calendar days of approval.
